- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required 2. Cases: Labor and Delivery; Cesarean section, Hysterectomy 3. Certifications: BLS, CST required 4. License: OR license required, can submit with it pending 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic required 7. Shifts/Call: Block schedules required; weekends every other; no on-call; no 48-hour shifts; ratios 1:1 8. RTO: 6 days total or 3 consecutive days auto-approved; must commit to working 3 of 5 holidays; must request upfront during submittal 9. Returning Staff: 3 months between permanent and travel; must disclose previous Providence facility employment 10.
