- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required 2. Cases: Labor and Delivery, Cesarean section, Hysterectomy 3. Certifications: BLS, CST required 4. License: OR license required, can submit with pending unless specified in job title 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic required 7. Shifts/Call: Block schedules required, weekends every other, no on-call, 1:1 ratios 8. RTO: 6 days total or 3 consecutive days auto-approved; must commit to working 3 of 5 holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day) 9. Returning Staff: 3 months between permanent and travel; must disclose previous Providence facility employment 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile radius rule; locals accepted at lower rate 11. Background: Any background hits require approval 12. Modules: Non-billable, average 16 hours; completed during orientation and annually; over 20 hours requires approval 13.
