- Unit Notes:COVID VACCINE REQUIRED! **Medical Solutions auto deducts the 1.5 WA state tax - you are able re-add that back in.** Unit CVOR RN/ CVOR Tech # suites 2 # of cases per day Average of 4 Required Certifications RNs: BLS Techs: BLS Common Cases CABG, TAVR, minimally invasive and open valve replacements Experience or 'Must have' skills At least 2 yrs cardiac experience Scrubbing required - RN's No Charge Nurse/House Supervisor OR techs EMR Epic Shifts & Scheduling 0630-1700 Weeknight/Call Requirement RNs: Yes Techs: Yes Weekend/Call Requirement RNs: Yes Techs: Yes Holiday Requirement Yes Is there a mandatory call/standby requirement?
