- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required 2. Cases: Experience with CABG, ECMO, AVR and MVR required; preferred candidates have general surgery experience in addition to CVOR 3. Certifications: BLS required, NBSTSA preferred; ACLS also listed 4. License: Pending license accepted at manager's discretion 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Not specified 7. Shifts/Call: Approximately 14 call shifts per month; call includes weekend and weekday call 8. RTO: RTO must be submitted with application; additional requests after confirmation at manager discretion 9. Returning Staff: All clinicians cannot work past 1 year as a traveler; 6 month break must be taken to return as traveler 10. Travel/Local: Locals not accepted; candidate must be more than 70 miles from facility 11. Background: Not specified 12.
