- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2+ years required for submission; preferred 2 years level 1 trauma experience 2. Cases: CVOR CST, General OR, Trauma cases 3. Certifications: NBSTSA CST required, BLS required (must be traditional AHA, does not accept RQI), CPR certified 4. License: Valid State License preferred at time of submission 5. Education: Successful completion of a Surgical Technology program required 6. EMR: Epic experience required to submit 7. Shifts/Call: 4x10s: 0645-1715; Variable day. Cardiac Call required 8. RTO: Must have upfront (no more than 2 weeks) 9. Returning Staff: Must be gone 6+ months 10. Travel/Local: Accepts locals/same rates apply; floating required within hospital or to affiliate hospitals nearby 11. Background: Will not accept any background or license hits; uses Advanced Reporting system for comprehensive lifetime background review 12. Modules: Non-billable; Non-RN average 2.25 hours; completed pre-start; recorded via transcripts 13. Travel Experience: Not specified as required 14. Scrubs: Not mentioned 15.
