Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required; at least 1 year required for submission; must have 2 years of consecutive experience in Cardiovascular surgery 2. Cases: Must have Cardio Thoracic & Vascular experience 3. Certifications: BLS, CST, NBSTSA, NCCCT required 4. License: Compact license must be in hand at submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience preferred 7. Shifts/Call: On-call required nights, weekends, and holidays; expected ratios 1:3 8. RTO: Maximum 7 days; must commit to working 3 of 5 holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day); must request all RTO upfront during submittal 9. Returning Staff: Can return after 3 months; must include response about previous Providence facility work history 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile local radius; locals accepted at lower rate; can only submit to 1 Providence facility at a time 11. Background: Facility does not accept Nursys or background hits 12. Modules: Average 16 hours, non-billable; completed pre-start and annually; over 20 hours requires PM approval; recorded in Workramp transcripts 13. Travel Experience: Yes, required 14. Scrubs: Solid navy blue colored uniforms or scrub attire for licensed nursing personnel 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Unknown 16.
