Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required 2. Cases: Electrophysiology (EP) experience required 3. Certifications: ACLS, ARRT R, BLS, OR LIC OBMI required; HARDSTOP requirement for ARRT Radiology Tech certification and OBMI License 4. License: Must be licensed Radiology Tech; OR license required, can submit with pending unless specified in job title 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic required 7. Shifts/Call: No on-call required; no weekends required; expected ratios 1:1 8. RTO: 6 days total or 3 consecutive days auto-approved; anything more may delay offer; must commit to working 3 of 5 holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day) 9. Returning Staff: 3 months required between permanent and travel; must disclose previous Providence facility employment 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile radius rule; locals accepted at lower rate; must have vehicle for assignment 11. Background: Any background hits must be sent for approval prior to submission 12. Modules: Non-billable, average 16 hours; over 20 hours requires PM approval; completed during orientation and annually via Workramp transcripts 13. Travel Experience: Not specified as required 14.
