Shifts/Call: 0630-1500 M-F with no days off; call required nights/weekends/holidays, 3 day weekend per month, 1 day per week minimum; late shifts mandatory 8. RTO: Keep under 7-10 days, reviewed case by case; must work 3 out of 5 winter holidays; RTO factored into contract length 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10.
