- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required 2. Cases: Experience circulating in all surgical areas required; understanding of various cases from craniotomies to laparoscopic cases including endovascular (except CV Surgery) 3. Certifications: Current AHA BLS and NIH required; must be in hand at submission 4. License: Compact or TN license required at time of submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience within last 12 months required; must pass competency exam (1 attempt only, will cancel if failed) 7. Shifts/Call: 8:45a-9:15p with weekend on call, typically 1-2 weekend calls per month; holiday on call shifts as applicable; float within skill set if needed 8. RTO: All RTO must be included at time of submission; additional RTO will not be approved/considered 9. Returning Staff: Must note if return traveler for staffing contact review 10. Travel/Local: Locals and first time travelers accepted at same rate 11. Background: Any known background hits must be highlighted in submission for review 12. Modules: Not specified 13.
