Cases: 3D, IMRT, SRS & SBRT treatments; average 80-90 treatments per day; 6-7 CT Scan appointments per day 3. Certifications: ARRT (Radiation Therapy), BLS required 4. License: OH License required 5. Education: Associate's Degree Radiography required 6. EMR: Not specified 7. Shifts/Call: 5x8's Mon-Fri 0800-1630 (may need to start early/stay later); no weekends or call 8. RTO: Not specified 9. Returning Staff: If worked at OhioHealth facility as staff, must be gone 366 days prior to being considered as traveler; PRN at OhioHealth cannot accept travel position and work both 10. Travel/Local: Permanent address must be greater than 100 miles from OhioHealth Grant, 111 S Grant Ave, Columbus, Ohio 43215 11. Background: If traveler has a hit, note on profile and submission 12.
