- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: At least 1 year required; 2 years of experience listed 2. Cases: Knowledge and skills with Ortho, general, gyne, podiatry required 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS required 4. License: Compact license must be in hand at submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: On-call required 1-2 per weekdays, 1-2 weekends per month; weekend coverage required; patient ratio 1:1 8. RTO: 7 days maximum; must commit to working 3 of 5 holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day); must request all RTO upfront during submittal 9. Returning Staff: Can return after 3 months; must include response about previous Providence facility employment 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile radius; locals accepted at lower rate; can only submit to 1 Providence facility at a time 11. Background: Facility does not accept Nursys or background hits 12. Modules: Non-billable, average 16 hours; completed pre-start and annually; over 20 hours requires PM approval; recorded in Workramp transcripts 13. Travel Experience: Yes, required 14. Scrubs: Navy scrubs for all RNs 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Unknown 16. Special Equipment: Not specified Critical: 2 references covering 1 year within last 3 years required.
