- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 3 years required; will consider first time traveler if they have required 3 years experience 2. Cases: COPD, asthma, childhood diseases, substance abuse, motor vehicle accidents 3. Certifications: NRP, ACLS, BLS, PALS required; must have Ventilator management (Draeger and Hamilton) 4. License: Oregon state RRT license required; can submit with pending license unless specified in job title 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic required 7. Shifts/Call: Weekends required approximately every other weekend; on-call not required; 48 hours not approved 8. RTO: 6 days total or 3 consecutive days auto-approved; must commit to working 3 of 5 holidays (Thanksgiving, Xmas Eve, Xmas Day, NYE, NYD) 9. Returning Staff: 3 months between permanent and travel; must disclose previous Providence facility work history 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile radius rule; locals accepted at lower rate 11. Background: Any background hits must be sent for approval prior to submission 12. Modules: Non-billable, average 16 hours; completed pre-start and annually; over 20 hours requires PM approval 13. Travel Experience: Not specified as required 14. Scrubs: Any color for general areas; OR/L&D scrubs provided by hospital 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Unknown 16. Special Equipment: Puritan Bennett, Draeger, LTV, Respironics required; End-Tidal CO2, O2 saturation, mask fitting required Critical: Solo RT on shift for Critical Access 25 bed hospital. Patient ratio 1:1. Must have vehicle for assignment. Two references covering 1 year within last 3 years required. May float between sister facilities.
