- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years minimum unless otherwise noted (1 year mentioned for this position) 2. Cases: CABG, AVR, AAA, MVR, Carotid Cutdown, VATS, RATS, Mediastinoscopy, Pericardial Windows, Tamponade, Minimally invasive cardiac procedures; General, Cardiovascular/Thoracic, Laparoscopic required 3. Certifications: BLS required; ACLS, CNOR, PALS, TNCC preferred 4. License: WA license in-hand required for CNA and LPN jobs; WA RN or Compact RN for RN jobs 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: EPIC experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 4X10 Days; at least 1 weekend/month, 5 weekday evenings/month call required 8. RTO: 5 days offered; anything more than 5 days may delay offer; include all RTO at time of submittal; must commit to working 3 of 5 holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, NYE, NYD) 9. Returning Staff: 3 month rule to return as traveler 10. Travel/Local: 50 mile radius rule applies; no locals accepted 11. Background: Must notify of background or Nursys hits at time of submittal; can submit with hits but must present to client for written approval 12. Modules: Non-billable, average 16 hours; over 20 hours requires PM approval; completed pre-start and annually; self-reported completion recorded in Workramp transcripts 13.
