- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years of CVOR experience required; pediatric experience required; cardiothoracic surgery and CT scrubbing experience preferred 2. Cases: Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome, Tetralogy of Fallot, Double Outlet Right Ventricle, Dextrocardia, congenital cardiac and great vessel malformations 3. Certifications: Copy of all nursing certifications required in submission profile 4. License: Single State OH or Multi State License required at time of submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic preferred 7. Shifts/Call: 1-2 call days per week; two 48-hour weekend call shifts every 8 weeks; 30-minute response time required 8. RTO: Required at time of submittal; cannot exceed 5 days total; no block scheduling unless requesting weekends only 9. Returning Staff: Previous CCHMC employees ineligible to apply for 1 year from termination date 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile radius rule; within 50 miles considered local with local rates 11. Background: No previous license hits; additional background check and fingerprinting required on first day 12. Modules: Not specified 13. Travel Experience: First-time travelers accepted 14.
