- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years strongly preferred; first-timers accepted 2. Cases: All surgical specialties including Trauma, Transplant, Ortho, Neuro, ENT, GU-GYN, and Robotics 3. Certifications: BLS, Radiation Badge (provided by agency) 4. License: SC or Multi State/Compact RN license required; SC license prioritized 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: EPIC 7. Shifts/Call: 4x10s Mon-Fri (6:30a-5p), up to 4 call shifts per month, up to 1 weekend shift per month 8. RTO: Must be included at time of submission; auto offers allowed for 7 days or less non-holiday RTO 9. Returning Staff: Previous permanent staff must be separated from MUSC system for 1 year before returning as traveler 10. Travel/Local: 60-mile radius; locals accepted case-by-case at 10% less than posted bill rate; non-locals prioritized 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: 4 hours average, non-billable, included in NBO hours, completed pre-start 13. Travel Experience: Not specified as required 14. Scrubs: Provided by facility 15.
