- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years strongly preferred 2. Cases: All surgical specialties including Trauma, Transplant, Ortho, Neuro, ENT, GU-GYN, and Robotics 3. Certifications: BLS required, Radiation Badge (provided by agency) 4. License: SC or Multi-State/Compact RN license required; SC license prioritized 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: EPIC 7. Shifts/Call: 4x10s Days (6:30a-5:00p), holiday rotation, 1 weekend shift; up to 4 weeknight call shifts per 4-week schedule 8. RTO: Must be included at submission; auto offers for 7 days or less non-holiday RTO; 7+ days or holidays require facility approval 9. Returning Staff: Previous permanent staff (including PRN) must be separated from MUSC system for 1 year before returning as traveler 10. Travel/Local: 60-mile radius; non-locals prioritized; locals considered at lower bill rate on case-by-case basis 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: Average 4 hours, non-billable, included in NBO hours, completed pre-start 13. Travel Experience: First-timers accepted 14. Scrubs: Provided by facility 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only 16.
