- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years strongly preferred; first-timers accepted 2. Cases: All surgical specialties including Trauma, Transplant, Ortho, Neuro, ENT, GU-GYN, and Robotics 3. Certifications: BLS required, Radiation Badge (provided by agency) 4. License: SC or Multi State/Compact RN license required; SC license prioritized 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: EPIC 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12s Days (6:30a-7p), up to 4 call shifts every 4 weeks, up to one weekend shift every 4 weeks 8. RTO: Must be included at time of submission; auto offers for 7 days or less non-holiday RTO; approval based on facility needs 9. Returning Staff: Previous permanent staff must be separated from MUSC system for 1 year before returning as traveler 10. Travel/Local: 60-mile radius; locals considered case-by-case at 10% less than posted bill rate; non-locals prioritized 11. Background: Not specified 12.
