Cases: General, Ortho, Urology, Endo/Laparoscopic, Neuro, Ophthalmology, Plastics, Podiatry, Transplant, Gyn; Preferred: Vascular, Thoracic, Bariatrics, ENT 3. Certifications: BLS required 4. License: Not specified 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required/preferred 7. Shifts/Call: Rotating call day required 8. RTO: Maximum 3 days auto-approved; no RTO on holidays 9. Returning Staff: Former permanent staff must be gone 1 year before returning as traveler 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile radius rule; must live at least 50 miles from facility 11.
