- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required for submission; HARDSTOP - Acute care required including MS, MS/tele, ICU, and some ER; Case Management experience in California required; Care Coordination, Utilization Review, discharge planning required 2. Cases: General, Plastics, Ortho, Neuro spine, Vascular, OB/GYN, Urology, ENT; Daily average surgical case volume: 30 3. Certifications: BLS, CST, NCCT required; copy of certifications required at submission 4. License: Valid CA License in hand required; pending license not accepted 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: Variable shifts (0630-15300, 0830-1700, 1100-1930); 8-hour shifts start 630, 830 or 11; 12-hour shifts start 630; Call rotation approximately 1 weekend/month and 1-2 nights/week 8. RTO: No more than 7 days; must be included at time of submission 9. Returning Staff: 3 months required to return as traveler 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile radius rule applies; locals accepted at lower rate; first time travelers accepted if 2 years experience, screen if less 11. Background: Not specified 12.
