- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required for submission 2. Cases: Oncology; chemotherapy/biotherapy, blood transfusions, injections, IV fluids, electrolyte replacement 3. Certifications: BLS, Chemo (ONS/ONCC) required; ACLS required by compliance deadline; must be valid at time of submission unless noted otherwise 4. License: Valid state license required at time of submission; MO license or compact license required; Illinois is NOT compact state 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: EPIC experience required for certain units; EPIC is the charting system 7. Shifts/Call: Day shift, 12-hour shifts, 36 hours/week; shift times vary 0700-1930, 0800-2030, 0900-2130, or 1000-2230; no on-call required; 4 weekend shifts per contract; every other weekend required 8. RTO: No more than 7 days per 13-week contract; no RTO first week; must be on submittal and cannot be changed 9. Returning Staff: Permanent employees must wait 1 year before returning as traveler; can stay 18 months maximum, then 3-month break required 10. Travel/Local: No locals accepted; 75-mile radius rule applies 11. Background: No medical marijuana cards accepted 12. Modules: Billable up to 16 hours at $20/hr; completed pre-start through WorkRamp; must start within 1 week of signed contract and complete 2 Fridays prior to start date 13.
