- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required; must have cardiac cath lab experience greater than 1 year 2. Cases: Diagnostic and interventional cardiac cath procedures, electrophysiologic studies, therapeutic interventional procedures, cardiac device implantation procedures, structural heart procedures (Watchmans, TAVR, Mitraclips) 3. Certifications: ARRT R, BLS, CCI RCIS required (ARRT or RCIS required) 4. License: Any state RN license accepted; can apply for temp license on offer (takes 5-10 days); compact license accepted; facility does not accept any past license action 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic required; MacLab preferred 7. Shifts/Call: 1 mandatory call shift per week and every 4th weekend (once weekly 1730-0700 and every 4th weekend 0700 sat-0700 mon); potential for one holiday on call (24hrs) 8. RTO: No more than 14 days allowed; all RTO requests must be on front page of application at submittal; no RTO negotiated after offer 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: Nursing 50-mile radius; locals not accepted 11. Background: Not specified 12.
