Requirements

- 1+ years of experience
- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year of outpatient oncology experience required 2. Cases: Oncology experience required; ambulatory care preferred 3. Certifications: BLS and OCN required at time of submission unless otherwise specified 4. License: Active NJ or Compact license required at time of submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: EPIC experience preferred; 4 hours of EPIC training required 7. Shifts/Call: 7:30a-6:30p; 4x10s; will float among clinics partnered with specific tumor groups 8. RTO: Screenshot of RTO confirmation required at submission; requests with less than 7 days RTO prioritized; RTO after offer not accommodated; must work 2 of 3 holidays 9. Returning Staff: RWJBH staff must be gone minimum 1 year before eligible for travel assignments 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted at same rate 11. Background: Open/active background hits and/or license hits not accepted 12. Modules: RN average 18 hours non-billable modules completed pre-start and annually; includes EPIC training, RWJBH annuals, Baxter pump training 13. Travel Experience: First-time travelers accepted 14. Scrubs: Business casual; scrubs are okay 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Unknown 16. Special Equipment: Skills include accessing/managing ports, central line care, chemotherapy administration Critical: Labs must be completed within 48 hours of signing. References required. International work history must be disclosed. Must float within skillset with no exceptions.
