Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required; willing to consider new grad OTs with cert and previous pediatrics experience as COTA 2. Cases: Adult and pediatric patients with wide variety of diagnoses; mostly pediatric hospital outpatient with some adult inpatient coverage 3. Certifications: OT cert required; extensive skills list including acute care, outpatient clinic, pediatrics 4. License: MN license in-hand required 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience preferred 7. Shifts/Call: 5x8 Days (Mon-Fri), Mon-Thurs 9-5:30, Fri 7:30-4; holiday work required as needed 8. RTO: 7 days max; no RTO within first 2 weeks; all RTO due at submission 9. Returning Staff: Must be gone for 9 months before returning as traveler 10. Travel/Local: Traveler's primary residence must be more than 25 miles from facility; locals not accepted 11.
