Returning Staff: Can return after 3 months; must disclose previous Providence facility employment history 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile local radius; locals accepted at lower rate; can only submit to 1 Providence facility at a time 11. Background: Facility does not accept Nursys or background hits 12. Modules: Non-billable, average 16 hours; completed pre-start and annually; over 20 hours requires PM approval; self-reported completion recorded in Workramp transcripts 13.
