- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required 2. Cases: X-Ray experience required in extremities, abdomen/GI, spine/pelvis, head/chest/thorax, musculoskeletal, lower/upper extremities; fluoroscopy studies and enema studies preferred 3. Certifications: ARRT-R, ARRT-CT, BLS required; fluoro permit; copies required at submission 4. License: Valid state license required (pending license allowed, takes 10-12 weeks) 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 5x8 days, Monday-Saturday rotation, no Sundays or holidays; weekend coverage required on Saturdays; no on-call 8. RTO: Must be included at time of submission; must work 2 out of 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year) 9. Returning Staff: Permanent staff must be separated for minimum 3 months; travelers maximum 1 calendar year assignment then 6-month break required 10.
