License: BOTH Oregon and Washington licensure required; pending license accepted 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: EPIC Remote Client for Home Health and Rover/Oasis; Oasis experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 8-hour days, no on-call required, no weekend requirement 8. RTO: Confirm restrictions with hiring manager 9. Returning Staff: Must indicate if previously worked for Providence during submission 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted within 50-75 mile radius at same rate; must float between all facilities within given state 11. Background: Not specified 12.
