Requirements

- 1+ years of experience
- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required for submission; minimum 1 year required 2. Cases: PET scans required - prior experience preferred but willing to train on site; General Nuclear Medicine studies, Lexi scans, PET/CT (non diagnostic); Up to 15 PET scans/day; Cardiac preferred especially if taking call 3. Certifications: BLS, NMTCB (or ARRT N), ARRT R, PET, State License CA required; Can accept ARRT or NMTCB 4. License: CA license must be in hand; No open license hits approved 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic preferred 7. Shifts/Call: 5X8 M-F, no weekends or holidays; Optional call M-F 0430-2200, Sat-Sun 0600-2200 with 60 min response time 8. RTO: 7 days maximum; Must commit to working 3 of 5 holidays (Thanksgiving, Xmas Eve, Xmas Day, NYE, NYD); RTO must be included at time of submission 9. Returning Staff: Can return after 3 months; Must disclose previous Providence facility work history 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile radius; locals accepted at lower rate 11. Background: Must disclose license/background hits upfront at submission; No open license hits approved 12.
