- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: Minimum 1 year Med/Surg experience required 2. Cases: Orthopedic diagnoses with medical overflow; elective hips, knees, shoulders, and spine 3. Certifications: BLS required and not expiring within 30 days of start 4. License: Valid AZ RN license required 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: EPIC REQUIRED 7. Shifts/Call: Patient ratio 1:5-6 nights; self-scheduling; weekend shifts depend on needs 8. RTO: Maximum 7 days, no holidays; longer RTO only considered for hard-to-fill positions with client approval 9. Returning Staff: Work history at any Tucson Medical Center locations requires HR rehire status approval 10. Travel/Local: 75-mile local radius; locals not accepted 11.
