Certifications: BLS required 4. License: State license required; will not hire without license; if pending must have proof process is underway 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Not specified 7. Shifts/Call: Days; EOW; Patient ratio 6:1 days and nights; Weekend coverage required 8. RTO: Minimal to no RTO (must be included on submission); minimal especially around holidays 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: 30-mile radius minimum for travelers; local rate applies for 31-50 miles; locals accepted at local rate; copy of driver's license and updated Nursys required for residence verification 11.
