Qualifications:

- Required certification: Med/Surg
- 1+ years of experience
- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required 2. Cases: Med/Surg experience required; GI/GU patients including ostomy, colon resection, colon cancer, bladder cancer, medical overflow 3. Certifications: BLS, ACLS required; must obtain ACLS by compliance deadline 4. License: MO license or compact license required; Illinois requires license in hand at submission 5. Education: BSN required 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: Every other weekend required; no on-call; can sign for 36 or 48 hours per week 8. RTO: No more than 7 days per 13-week contract; no RTO first week 9. Returning Staff: Former employees must wait 1 year before returning as traveler 10. Travel/Local: 75-mile radius rule; no local candidates accepted 11. Background: No medical marijuana cards accepted 12. Modules: Billable up to 16 hours at $20/hr; completed pre-start through WorkRamp; must complete 2 Fridays prior to start date 13. Travel Experience: Required 14. Scrubs: Navy scrubs required 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only 16. Special Equipment: Must pass Relias EKG exam; interpretation/management of dysrhythmias required Critical: Must have IV skills and phlebotomy. Patient ratios 1:4-6. Will float within service line. Labs must be completed within 48-72 hours of signing.
