- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: At least 1 year required 2. Cases: Acute Care Surgery, Emergency General Surgery, Medsurg overflow 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS required 4. License: Compact license must be in hand at submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required (hardstop) 7. Shifts/Call: 6 weekend shifts in 6 week period; on-call not required; patient ratios 4.5:1 days/nights/weekends 8. RTO: 7 days maximum; must commit to working 3 of 5 holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day); must request all RTO upfront during submittal 9. Returning Staff: Can return after 3 months; must disclose previous Providence facility employment history 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile radius; locals accepted at lower rate 11. Background: Facility does not accept Nursys or background hits 12. Modules: Non-billable, average 16 hours; completed pre-start and annually; over 20 hours requires PM approval; self-reported completion recorded in Workramp transcripts 13. Travel Experience: Not specified as required 14. Scrubs: Navy blue required for licensed nursing personnel 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Unknown 16.
