- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required (job description specifies 1 year, compliance notes 2 years in specialty unless otherwise specified) 2. Cases: General medical surgical floor cases; patients awaiting facility placement 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS required 4. License: Compact or KY State License required at time of submission; will not accept any licensure hits 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Not specified 7. Shifts/Call: Weekend coverage required; 7 weekend shifts per contract; patient ratios 5:1 for days, nights, and weekends 8. RTO: Must be presented at time of submission; only one pre-approved time off; any time off sent after offer will not be approved 9. Returning Staff: Must be gone for 6 months to return as traveler; must note if previously worked at facility for rehire eligibility check 10. Travel/Local: 100-mile radius for this specialty; locals not accepted 11. Background: Must disclose if previously worked at facility; rehire eligibility checked by HR every Friday 12.
