- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required; 2 years overall experience and 1 year in specialty unless job states otherwise 2. Cases: Post operative orthopaedic cases, trauma, ortho spine, medicine, plastics 3. Certifications: BLS required, ACLS preferred; CPI Blue Card required for Behavioral Health RNs & LCSWs 4. License: MO or Compact license must be in hand at time of submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Cerner experience preferred 7. Shifts/Call: EOW required, floating mandatory, ability to take call, work assigned weekends 8. RTO: All RTO must be submitted at time of submission - no exceptions; two pre-approved time off periods 9. Returning Staff: Re-orientation not required if returning within 18 months; 9-month gap required between assignments to return as a traveler 10. Travel/Local: No locals within 50 miles; candidates within 50-75 miles accepted at local rate 11. Background: Not specified 12.
