Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required; 2 years overall experience and 1 year in specialty required unless job states otherwise 2. Cases: Adult overflow unit serving Neurology, Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Cardiology, Orthopedics and Oncology; diagnoses include diabetes, CHF, COPD, Renal disease, orthopedic fractures, and neurological deficits 3. Certifications: BLS required; ACLS preferred 4. License: MO or Compact license must be in hand at time of submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Cerner experience preferred 7. Shifts/Call: Every other weekend; floating mandatory to Med/surg Service line including as Patient Observers 8. RTO: All RTO must be submitted at time of submission - no exceptions; one pre-approved time off 9. Returning Staff: Re-orientation not required if returning within 18 months; 9-month gap required between assignments to return as traveler 10. Travel/Local: Locals not accepted within 50 miles; candidates within 50-75 miles accepted at local rate 11. Background: Not specified 12.
