- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required 2. Cases: LTC experience required; Dementia, Alzheimer's, TBI, Plegics, Cognitive/Physical Impairments 3. Certifications: BLS required; copy of certifications required; Hep B vaccine required (no titers or declination accepted) 4. License: Alaska RN license required in hand for submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: ECS charting system; Epic experience mentioned in compliance section 7. Shifts/Call: 4x12 or 3x12 variable shifts; no on-call required; float within facility required 8. RTO: Maximum 1 week for 13-week contract, 2 weeks for 26-week contract; must work 2 of 3 major winter holidays; RTO must be included at submission 9. Returning Staff: Permanent staff must be separated minimum 3 months; travelers maximum 1 calendar year then 6-month break required 10. Travel/Local: 50 miles from facility required; no locals accepted 11. Background: Alaska Food Worker Certification required (obtained during orientation, $10 fee) 12. Modules: 16 hours average, non-billable; completed pre-start and annually; recorded in Workramp transcripts 13. Travel Experience: Previous travel experience required; first timers not accepted 14. Scrubs: Any color 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Unknown 16. Special Equipment: Lifts, Vital Sign Machines, Glucose Monitors, Sara Steady, Pacemaker Transmitter, EKGs Critical: Must be 25+ years old for rental car. Driver's license and proof of insurance required if accepting facility vehicle. Minimum 2 supervisory references covering 1 year within last 3 years required.
