Epic Travel Staffing is hiring an Interim – Director of Emergency Medicine

Shift: Non exempt; Days

Length: 13-26 weeks

will vary to meet business needs / 24/7 responsibility, call requirement coach up leaders so they aren’t called as much

Requirements:

• IA License
• At least 5 years / 60 mos of Interim leadership/progressive leadership experience in hospital / clinical environment
• MSN / Master of Science in Nursing degree and / or Master’s degree in one of the following; nursing, healthcare administration, business or related field
• Experience overseeing/supervising large employer base of FTE, PRN and Temp Contractors
• Large healthcare system spanning multiple hospitals, or, large hospital experience; 600+ bed size
• RECENT/CURRENT Level I Trauma Center experience
• BLS
• EPIC experience preferred
• Experience with finance system, Stratus preferred
