Epic Travel Staffing is hiring an Interim - Director of Emergency Medicine

Shift: Non exempt; Days

Length: 13-26 weeks

will vary to meet business needs / 24/7 responsibility, call requirement coach up leaders so they aren’t called as much

Requirements:

IA License
At least 5 years / 60 mos of Interim leadership/progressive leadership experience in hospital / clinical environment
MSN / Master of Science in Nursing degree and / or Master's degree in one of the following; nursing, healthcare administration, business or related field
Experience overseeing/supervising large employer base of FTE, PRN and Temp Contractors
Large healthcare system spanning multiple hospitals, or, large hospital experience; 600+ bed size
RECENT/CURRENT Level I Trauma Center experience
BLS
EPIC experience preferred
Experience with finance system, Stratus preferred
