- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years current experience required 2. Cases: Labor & Delivery unit; OB/GYN, Newborn Nursery 3. Certifications: ACLS (AHA), AWHONN, BLS (AHA), NIHSS, NRP required; must be in hand at submittal; cannot expire within 45 days of start date 4. License: TN/compact licensure required; must be in hand at submittal 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Cerner experience preferred, not required unless specifically noted 7. Shifts/Call: 36 hours on-call every 6 weeks; every other weekend or 2 weekends per month 8. RTO: No major holiday RTO requests; cannot occur within 14 days of start date; cannot exceed 7 days; one pre-approved time off 9. Returning Staff: Cannot return to same campus within 24 months; can return to another Covenant Health campus after 12 months 10. Travel/Local: Must be greater than 75 miles from facility; local rate $80; proof of residency required within 48 hours if offered 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: Non-billable; completed during orientation and annually; hours vary by department; recorded through Covenant's internal system 13. Travel Experience: Required for all specialties 14.
