- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1+ years required 2. Cases: Labor and Delivery experience, fetal monitoring required; couplet care preferred; common diagnosis is Labor; patient population is maternity women and newborns 3. Certifications: ACLS, AWHONN, BLS, NRP required; PALS preferred; all required certifications must be obtained prior to start 4. License: RN license valid in Tennessee required; Tennessee Abuse Registry check required prior to assignment start date 5. Education: Certification/Licensure required to work as an RN in TN 6. EMR: Meditech (required); Centricity and Meditech experience preferred but not a must 7. Shifts/Call: 36 weekly guaranteed hours; 3 call shifts (12-hour) per 4-week schedule; every other weekend rotation as needed; orientation weekly on Mondays 8. RTO: Not specified 9.
