- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: Minimum 2 years required; 18 months general if not specified otherwise 2. Cases: Extensive MRI experience required including Abdomen, Pelvis, Cardiovascular, Chest, Head and Neck, Musculoskeletal, Special Imaging Procedures, and Spine cases 3. Certifications: ARRT-MR preferred; AHA and Red Cross only, RQI cards not accepted; copies required at submission 4. License: IL license required in hand at submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Cerner experience required 7. Shifts/Call: On-call required as needed; work weekends and holidays as needed; must work 2 out of 3 major holidays 8. RTO: Auto-approve 5 or less days of non-holiday RTO; anything more requires facility approval 9. Returning Staff: Previous perm/PRN candidates must be separated for 12 months before applying as traveler 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted with no radius restriction for this specialty 11. Background: Background check hits must be noted upon submission for approval prior to offer 12. Modules: Non-billable up to 16 hours; completed pre-start, renewed annually; strict deadlines with 4PM CST Day 1 deadline 13. Travel Experience: Not specified as required; first-timers accepted 14. Scrubs: Any solid color scrubs 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Required with medical/religious exemptions only 16. Special Equipment: Extensive specialized MRI equipment and procedures listed Critical: Must arrive 3 business days prior to start for fingerprinting. Level I Trauma experience preferred. Guaranteed hours with call-off provisions up to 36 hours per 13-week assignment.
