Cases: Adult Acute Care, Adult Outpatient, Abdomen, Breast, Chest, GE, Brain, Face/soft tissue neck, Diffusion (non-brain), Cervical, Lumbar, Thoracic 3. Certifications: BLS, ARRT MR required; valid Allied license in hand required at submission 4. License: Valid MT or Compact RN license required at time of submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic; charting system experience required, any system acceptable 7. Shifts/Call: 7 on 7 off every other weekend day shift; no on-call required; weekends required 8. RTO: Must be listed at time of submittal; post submission RTO will NOT be approved; inflexibility may lead to contract termination 9. Returning Staff: Return Providence Staff must wait 3 months before submitting as traveler; must disclose previous Providence employment 10.
