- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years overall experience and 1 year in specialty required; Level I trauma experience required 2. Cases: Level 1 Trauma, ER, ICU, OP 3. Certifications: ARRT MR, ARRT R, BLS required; CPI Blue Card required for Behavioral Health RNs & LCSWs 4. License: MO or Compact license must be in hand at time of submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Siemens experience required; Cerner experience preferred 7. Shifts/Call: Call required (voluntary); must work 50% of holidays during contract; mandatory floating including as Patient Observers 8. RTO: All RTO must be submitted at time of submission - no exceptions; one pre-approved time off 9. Returning Staff: Re-orientation not required if returning within 18 months; 9-month gap required between assignments to return as traveler 10.
