- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 4-5 years in endovascular and ALL ortho required; 5 or more years needed; 1 year minimum experience required 2. Cases: Endovascular and ALL Orthopedic required; Ortho-spine, Ortho-sports medicine, Ortho-Joints preferred; well rounded skills in other service lines 3. Certifications: ARRT CT, ARRT R, BLS, CST, Fluoro required; copies required at submission 4. License: Valid CA License required at time of submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: No specific charting experience required 7. Shifts/Call: PM shift with 2 consecutive set days off; 5x8 Days, PM, NOC available; call if offered; weekend work may be required; no back-to-back AM/PM shifts 8. RTO: Always needs facility approval; one pre-approved time off 9. Returning Staff: Any permanent employee must be gone for at least 6 months 10.
