- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required (with conflicting note stating 2 years minimum in specialty) 2. Cases: Inpatient and ER experience required; X-Ray procedures including extremities, abdomen/GI, spine/pelvis, head, chest/thorax, musculoskeletal, enema studies 3. Certifications: BLS, ARRT, ARRT Advanced Cert (preferred), ARRT (R) (CT), Florida State License required 4. License: Florida or compact license required; Nursys pulled within last 2 weeks required at submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Meditech preferred 7. Shifts/Call: On-call required sometimes; every other weekend; no block scheduling 8. RTO: No more than 10 days, must add 2 weeks to assignment; no RTO first or last week; facility reserves right to change schedules up to 48 hours before shift 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: No locals - must be greater than 30 miles from facility (951 N Washington Ave, Titusville, FL 32796) 11. Background: Not specified 12.
