Certifications: ARRT R, BLS, Venipuncture Cert, fluoro permit required; copies required 4. License: Valid CA License in hand required 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: Weekend coverage required (rotating); 8-hour days with 30-minute lunch 8. RTO: Must be included at time of submission; one pre-approved time off allowed 9. Returning Staff: 3 months to return as traveler 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile radius rule applies; locals accepted at lower rate 11. Background: Not specified 12.
