- 1+ years of experience
- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year direct experience required; 2+ years preferred with minimum 1 year in interventional cardiac cath, NeuroIR, IR, or EP labs 2. Cases: Diagnostic and interventional cardiac cath, biopsies, CVC, PICC, angiograms, paracentesis, thoracentesis, drain placements, ureteral stents, nephrostomy tubes, thrombectomies, thrombolysis, Y-90 treatments, embolizations 3. Certifications: ARRT Certification, BLS through American Heart Association, ACLS through American Heart Association within 6 months of hire; copies required at submission 4. License: IEMA Licensure; Illinois license must be in hand, NO emergency and NO pending accepted 5. Education: Graduate of accredited Radiology Technologist program or Associate Degree in Applied Sciences; BSN required for Northwestern Memorial Hospital, ASN or BSN accepted at other facilities 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: Rotating call with current staff, 7-9 days in six week schedule including weekend call every 5th weekend, 30-minute call time 8. RTO: All time off must be included at submission, cannot be added after submittal 9. Returning Staff: Northwestern Medicine and acquired facilities must be included on employment history 10. Travel/Local: 75-mile travel rule, rates decreased within 75 miles, locals accepted 11. Background: Not specified 12.
