Shifts/Call: Friday-Sunday schedule; must float within scope and to sister facilities up to 75 miles 8. RTO: Maximum 5 days per 13 weeks; no holiday RTO accepted 9. Returning Staff: Must have minimum 1 year separation from INTEGRIS as employee; only 1 submittal allowed per traveler to all Integris campuses 10. Travel/Local: 75-mile radius rule; locals not eligible; address must be greater than 75 miles from facility 11. Background: No license hits accepted; gaps of 3+ months require explanation in work history 12.
