- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required; minimum 1 year required; first timers accepted only with 3+ years of hospital experience 2. Cases: CT Scan cases; heavy patient load - 140 per 24 hour day 3. Certifications: Must have Siemens or Phillips experience (hard stop); LA fire card within last 30 days required 4. License: CA license must be in hand 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Meditech charting system 7. Shifts/Call: Weekends required, may exceed every other to meet unit needs; must float between all facilities within state 8. RTO: 7 days maximum; must commit to working 3 of 5 holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day) 9. Returning Staff: Can return after 3 months; must disclose previous Providence facility employment with locations and dates 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile radius rule; locals accepted at lower rate 11. Background: Must disclose license/background hits at submission; no open license hits approved 12. Modules: 16 hours average, non-billable; completed pre-start and annually; over 20 hours requires PM approval; self-reported via Workramp transcripts 13. Travel Experience: Can only submit to one Providence facility at a time 14. Scrubs: RCP/Imaging/Lab/Non-Invasive Cardiology/Radiation Oncology/Material Management wear Navy Blue 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Unknown 16. Special Equipment: Siemens or Phillips CT equipment Critical: Hospital experience preferred. Interview availability must be provided with submission in Pacific Time. Two references covering 1 year within last 3 years required.
