- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years of ICU experience required; must have completed two years of acute care experience within the last 3 years in the specialty 2. Cases: Medical, Surgical, and Trauma ICU experience required 3. Certifications: BLS and ACLS required - AHA only 4. License: WI RN or compact RN license required; must be in hand at submittal 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: Evening/Night, 12-hour shifts, 1900-0730, with every other weekend rotation and some holidays 8. RTO: Generally no more than 2 weeks off in a contract; manager will review/approve during candidate review process; if request is more than 1 week consecutive, Vaya will add 1 week at end of contract 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: 50 miles from facility; locals are not accepted 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: Telemetry exam required prior to start with strict passing criteria; two attempts allowed; orientation typically about one week 13.
