Requirements

- 1+ years of experience
- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: At least 1 year required; 2-3 years ICU experience preferred 2. Cases: Cardiac and neuro experience, general surgery experience, trauma experience 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS required 4. License: Compact license must be in hand at submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience preferred 7. Shifts/Call: Every other weekend required, no on-call, 48 hours approved, patient ratios 1:2-1:3 8. RTO: Maximum 7 days; must commit to working 3 of 5 holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day); must request all RTO upfront during submittal 9. Returning Staff: Can return after 3 months; must disclose previous Providence facility employment history 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile radius; locals accepted at lower rate; can only submit to 1 Providence facility at a time 11. Background: Facility does not accept Nursys or background hits 12. Modules: Non-billable, average 16 hours; completed pre-start and annually; over 20 hours requires approval 13. Travel Experience: Yes, required 14. Scrubs: Solid navy blue colored uniforms or scrub attire for licensed nursing personnel 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Unknown 16. Special Equipment: ECMO, Impella, IABP, CRRT Critical: Must provide 2 references covering 1 year within last 3 years. May float between sister facilities. Will float between units.
